The certified public accounting firm of Cohen & Grieb, P.A. "C&G" was formed on October 1, 2000 by its founders Robert Cohen and Robert V. Grieb. Rob and Bob began working together at a "Big Four" international CPA firm in 1980. By 1985 both had joined a local CPA firm, which became Hacker, Johnson, Cohen & Grieb PA. They practiced together at that firm for the next fifteen years providing accounting and tax services to a wide variety of businesses and individuals. Cohen & Grieb, P.A. was formed to specialize in providing services to closely held businesses and high net worth individuals.

Our mission is to earn an outstanding reputation as a distinguished CPA Firm by providing superior accounting and tax services, and by providing pro-active and innovative tax and business consulting.

C&G employs twenty-four people including; seven shareholders, three managers, eight professional staff associates, three administrative staff and three interns. Most of our employees have degrees in accounting and are a CPA or a CPA candidate.

C&G's reputation of providing quality service to clients has enabled us to grow our practice. It is anticipated that much of our future growth will be through expanded service to present clients and addition of new clients. New clients generally have been referrals by satisfied present clients.

Our firm provides tax and accounting services to a variety of businesses and high net worth individuals. The businesses that we serve include but are not limited to; real estate, construction, personal service corporations of doctors, dentists, architects, consultants, engineers and lawyers, distribution, manufacturing, pharmacies, funeral homes, insurance agencies, mortgage brokers, restaurant , retail establishments, software developers ana non-profit organizations. We also provide tax and accounting services to a number of private foundations. The services we provide include; the preparation of tax returns, bookkeeping services, compiled and reviewed financial statements, assisting in many areas of tax planning for businesses and individuals, financial planning, estate planning, business consulting, business valuation, setup and implementation of client accounting software packages and litigation support services.
